# Visuary guide

Visuary lets you carry out your Survey / Measurement work, retrieve your Quantity takeoff data in a few minutes thanks to LiDAR, then edit the floor plan, view the project in 3D, and quickly share your proposal.

<summary>Which devices are compatible with Visuary Scan?</summary>

Visuary works on iPhone Pro starting with iPhone 12 Pro, and on iPad Pro starting with the 2020 model. These devices are equipped with the LiDAR sensor needed for the Scan. Viewing and editing the plan are available on all browsers (computer, tablet, smartphone).

<summary>Can I do a Survey / Measurement without being connected to the internet?</summary>

Yes, it is possible to do a Survey / Measurement with the Scan while offline. However, an internet connection is needed to save the scan and generate the plan.

<summary>How do I find a scan?</summary>

Open the Visuary app > click on **New project** > **Scan the Dwelling / Housing unit** > **Continue the previous Scan** > Select the scan you want to save: You should then see all the scanned areas from your last Scan.

To permanently save this Scan, click on **Finalize scan**, then on **Save and import**.\nIf your scan includes sloped ceilings, remember to tick "Enable sloped ceiling import" before importing.

<summary>I shared a plan, but it won't open. What should I do?</summary>

Check that the sharing link is active from your project (3 small dots → Share → link enabled and permissions granted).\nIf the problem persists, your client can try opening the link in another browser or disable their ad blocker.\

<summary>Where can I get my subscription invoices?</summary>

To access your invoices, sign in to Visuary from a web browser and click on "**Subscriptions**" on the left of the screen, then > "**Manage my subscription**" : scroll to the bottom of the page to find your billing history.\n\nIf the subscription was purchased from the Visuary mobile app [*check your purchase history in the App Store*](https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/118212?device-type=iphone)**.**

<summary>Why can't I add anything to my plan?</summary>

If you can't add an object / element or coverings to your plan, it's probably because the rooms have not been detected. In that case, the label and area are not visible on the plan.\nTo fix the problem, you need to correct the connection between the walls.
