When capturing a plan with your smartphone, make sure to click the "Export" and "Save" buttons to reach the confirmation screen that indicates your project has been successfully uploaded.
Additionally, if you have multiple accounts, verify the account used for the capture and export. It’s possible you captured the plan on the wrong account.
Moreover, if you have a free account, the number of projects is limited to two. If you already have two projects, you won’t be able to export a new capture, as the limit has been reached.
If one of your projects is no longer needed, you can delete it to free up space for your new capture.
