# PDF report

Available from the Essentiel subscription. The Intégral subscription allows extra pages to be added (renders, elevations, surfaces page, etc.).

1. Click the**lock icon** located on the right of each page to edit it
2. At the bottom of the page, **select the plan Scenario**, **the floor** and **the view mode** you want to display
3. **Click the lock icon again** to lock the page

**All text on the pages can be edited**. Just click them to select and replace them by filling in the text field.

1. Click the**tables icon** located on the right of the comments, renders and elevations pages
2. Select the desired layout

To add a page:
1. Click the button **"Add a page"** that appears above and below each page already present in the pdf
2. Select the page type you want to add

With the **ESSENTIEL**, the PDF report includes:
* A 2D plan page
* A Quantity takeoff page
* A comments page
**You won't be able to choose the page order, or add or delete pages.**

Delete a page

To delete a page:
1. **Click the cross** located on the right of each page
2. Click **"Yes"** to confirm deletion
Add your company logo
To display your logo in the PDF report, you must enter your company information in the settings of your Workspace.\
Here's how to do it:

To add your company information:
1. Click on Settings on the left of the screen.\
2. In the "General" section you can add:
* The company name
* **The logo (in PNG or JPG format)**
* The address, phone number, and legal notices if needed
3. Click the button "**Save**" to save the change.
