# Licences, users and workspaces

Invite collaborators to join your Workspace so they can access all your projects, actively collaborate on them, and create new ones. This helps foster smooth, responsive team collaboration.

{% hint style="info" %}
**To distinguish it from sharing a project one-off by link or invitation:** adding a user to your Workspace gives them permanent access to all Workspace projects, not just a specific project. Click [here](https://help.visuary.com/le-partage-et-export/le-partage) to learn more.
{% endhint %}

**One or more Workspaces?**

Depending on your organisation, Visuary adapts to two setups:

* **A shared Workspace** : all your collaborators access the same projects within a single Workspace
* **Several Workspaces** : useful if you manage several separate agencies or branches. Each Workspace has its own members and projects. The owner account keeps an overview of all Workspaces and can switch from one to another to manage them individually

{% hint style="success" icon="circle-question" %}
If you are interested in the multi-Workspace option, feel free to contact us at <assistance@visuary.fr>. We'll get back to you quickly to help you with licence purchases and Workspace creation.
{% endhint %}

<h3 align="center">Subscribe to new licences for your collaborators</h3>

To collaborate properly in the same Workspace, each user must have their own licence.

#### If you manage several Workspaces

Licences are attached to your account, purchased from your main Workspace, and can then be assigned to members on any of your Workspaces.

{% hint style="success" icon="lightbulb" %}
No need to buy licences separately on each Workspace: once purchased from your main Workspace, they are available to add members across all the Workspaces you manage.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.visuary.com/guide-visuary-en/settings-and-subscriptions/licences-users-and-workspaces.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
