Create a Renovation proposal for a bathroom
Renovating a classic bathroom or a PMR bathroom; from choosing the right equipment, finishes and layouts to ensuring compliance with current standards.
Classic bathroom renovation
Change the shower type
To change the shower type:
In 2D view, select the bathtub or the original shower tray
Click on "Replace with" in the selection menu on the left
Select the shower type you want to install
Click on "Confirm" to confirm the change
If needed, adjust its Dimensions using the handles at the ends of the Object / Element
Add a shower panel
To add a shower panel to the tray:
Select the shower tray
Click on "Customize this model" in the selection menu on the left
Switch to 3D view, and select the panel of your choice
Select the "door positioning" (right, left, back): this is the side from which the panel will be visible
Click on "Finish" to confirm the change
Customize a vanity unit
To change the vanity unit color:
In 2D view, select the vanity unit
Click on "Customize this model" in the selection menu on the left
Switch to 3D view, and select a Facade color
Click on "Finish" to confirm the change
Freely adjust an Object / Element's position
To freely adjust an Object / Element's position:
Select the Object / Element in 2D view
In the selection menu that opens on the left, uncheck the "Align to wall" option
Set up an accessible shower area for people with reduced mobility
In this section, we detail each step by relying on objects that offer greater flexibility in terms of positioning. Some of these objects are available exclusively in our full Product catalog, available with an Intégral subscription (or depending on your Enterprise subscription). Change the shower type
To change the shower type:
In 2D view, select the bathtub or the original shower tray
Click on "Replace with" in the selection menu on the left
Select the shower type you want to install
Click on "Confirm" to confirm the change
If needed, adjust its Dimensions using the handles at the ends of the Object / Element
You can change the model of all the other equipment (sink, WC, etc.) in the same way.
Add a curtain or a shower panel
To add a curtain or an individual shower panel:
Click on "Objects"
In the search bar, type "Shower panels"
Select the item of your choice and place it on the plan
Add a shower column
To add a shower column:
Click on "Objects" on the left of the screen
In the search bar, type "Plumbing fixtures / Taps"
Select the desired item and position it on the plan
Add accessible equipment and make sure standards are met
Add accessible equipment and accessories
To add assistive devices:
Click on "Objects" on the left of the screen
In the search bar, type "Assistive device"
Select the desired item and position it on the plan
If needed, click on "Replace with" in the left menu to change the assistive device model
Check the accessibility of the space
To check smooth circulation and the absence of obstacles:
Click on "Objects"
Click on "Measurement tools and PMR standards"
Select the tool of your choice (e.g. the PMR Circle)
Place the tool on the plan to accurately visualize the available space between each item
Manage finishes in wet rooms
Change the sanitary tile
To change this tile, follow these steps:
Switch to 2D view
Click on the bathroom floor to select the room
In the menu that opens on the left, click on "Replace with" in the Wall tile : you can then choose another Finish / Covering.
Apply 2 Wall tile strips on the same wall
To place two Wall tile strips vertically on a wall:
Step 1:
Start by switching to 2D view, then select your room to bring up the menu on the left.
Select the wall tile model that suits you and switch to 3D view to better visualize the changes.
Check the box Wall tile on all walls, so it applies to the entire room.
Set a height or a Placement height
Step 2:
Click the Finishes, on the left of your screen, then go to the Walls
Select the wall tile that will be applied to the upper part of your room
Switch to 3D view mode, then click all the walls in the room to apply the wall tile.
Click on Finish
Create a wall tile frieze
To create a wall tile frieze:
Step 1:
Start by switching to 2D view, then select your room to bring up the menu on the left.
Select the wall tile model that suits you and switch to 3D view to better visualize the changes.
Check the box Wall tile on all walls, so it applies to the entire room.
Set a height and a Placement height
Step 2:
Click the Finishes, on the left of your screen, then go to the Walls
Select the wall tile that will be applied to the upper part of your room
Switch to 3D view mode, then click all the walls in the room to apply the wall tile.
Click on Finish
Apply a Finish / Covering to part of the wall
To apply a Finish / Covering to part of the wall:
Click on Walls and select the Divider
Add a small divider segment where you want to cut the wall, stretching it slightly toward the inside of the room
Click the button Finishes
Select a wall finish and switch to 3D to apply it to the split section of the wall
Click on Finish
Create elevation views
Elevations are available only with an Intégral or Enterprise subscription. To learn more about elevations, click here.
To create an elevation:
Click the button Elevations
Click on "Create an elevation view"
Select the wall section from which you want to create the elevation
Adjust the clipping distance at the bottom of the screen
Click on Save
Create renders
Renders are available only with an Intégral or Enterprise subscription. To learn more about renders, click here.
To create a render:
Click on the button "Renders"
Click on "Make a render"
By clicking the "Image" button, you can choose between creating a fixed render or a panorama.
Position the camera in the room and adjust the desired viewing angle with your mouse
Click on "Launch a render"
Export the PDF report for your project
